SWLOG Brazil Receiver Site

You will find SWLOG web receiver from Manaus, Brazil at http://pp8kwa.selfip.net:8084/RCSweb/

This receiver seems good on HF, poor reception on MW, I dont know antenna set-up. Audio is Windows Media Player.

New Netherlands Web Receiver

I have found a new web receiver from the Netherlands. I haven't fiddled with it yet, but I wanted to pass information along. This site is called " WebSDR" and is apparently hosted by the amateur radio club at the University of Twente. This site is being billed as the only web receiver which is tunable by more than one listener simultaneously. Interesting, and I look forward to feedback from other bloggers about this site. I believe host is PA3FWM.

How To Use Blog

I am new to the blog busniness. I have had several inquiries about how to use this blog and join in discussion. It would seem you should either register with Blogspot, or use your Google account in order to be able to post. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Remote Receiver Blog

Thanks for visiting my blog. There is a whole new group of SWL's and radio enthusiasts out there who would not be involved with the hobby if it weren't for internet controlled remote radio receivers. It will be the purpose of this blog to facilitate an exchange of "current, up-to-date" information on web controlled radio receiver sites. There are a lot of bad links on searches to defunct, dead web receivers. I hope this blog will become the "one-stop-place-to shop" for web receiver info.
